Grapefruit Mint Spritzer


  • 15 fresh mint leaves
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 4–12 drops Grapefruit Essential Oil (to taste, but the more the better—up to 12 drops)
  • 8 cups sparkling or still water


  1. In the bottom of a glass pitcher, gently muddle together the mint leaves and Blue Agave or honey.
  2. Add Grapefruit Vitality essential oil and water.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to overnight.



This wassail recipe with essential oils uses 6 cups apple cider, 2 cups pineapple juice, 5 drops Cinnamon Bark, 5 drops Tangerine, 5 drops Clove, 2 drops Ginger, and 2 drops Nutmeg. Simply stir all the ingredients together in a large pot on the stovetop and turn the heat to medium-high. Heat through and serve warm in your favorite festive mugs!

Lavender Hot Chocolate



  • 4 cups unsweetened almond, dairy, or other milk of your choice
  • 8 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 teaspoons honey, or more to taste
  • 4 drops Lavender essential oil


  1. Heat 4 cups of milk in a saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. Add 8 tablespoons unsweetened raw cocoa, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 4 teaspoons honey; whisk until smooth.
  3. When warm, remove from heat and stir in 4 drops Lavender essential oil.
  4. Serve and enjoy!



Mocha Peppermint Coffee

  • 2 cups milk – 2%, coconut, soy, almond, cashew
  • 2 cups brewed coffee
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 drop Peppermint Essential Oil
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, chocolate drizzle


  1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk and whisk it until it starts to bubble.  Pour in the coffee.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the cocoa and the sugar.
  3. Whisk the mixture into the milk-coffee mixture until creamy mocha forms.
  4. Pour into mugs and add your peppermint.
