Cajun Spiced Salmon

  • 1 lime juiced
  • chilli powder
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp ground coriander

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Line tinfoil with butter, add salmon skin side down.  Pour lime juice over top of salmon and then sprinkle seasoning overtop evenly.
  3. Fold up tinfoil around salmon and put it in oven for 20 minutes.  Should flake easily when done.
